The Web
I wrote my first website for Honda City back when Vancouver Island first adopters connected to the web via 14,4k dial-up modems. It was 1994. Since then everything has changed – I provide direction having been intimately involved in the web pretty much since its beginning. My resume even shows the success in sales and marketing direction which built BC’s most successful dial-up internet company back at the turn of the century. Hiring
Great people make great companies! For the first 5 years at Price’s Alarms I was responsible for 90% of the hiring because it required my focus. I could grow the business, but not without the right team to support that growth. receiving all resumes, I interviewed, hired, introduced tandem interviews and leadership advancement interviews, and trained all leaders on how to choose the best person for the position. I have likely seen a half million resumes throughout my career as people are always a focus for success.
